When can I return an item?

You can request an authorization to return if you don’t like the product, if you’ve received a different item to the one ordered or if you’ve received a defective product.

Are some return fees?

The first return is always free. An eventual second return on the same order will be at the customer’s expense.

How can I return an item?

Before returning any products, the customer must request an authorization to return the products directly through our website, in the Section ”Request a Return”.  

When will you send me the refund?

As soon as products are returned to our warehouse for any reason whatsoever, a check is made of their condition after which the refund will be made.

Can I change a product bought in www.fineup.com in another store?

No. To change an item you must always return it to www.fineup.com

GUARANTEE

All Fine Up wallets have a certificate that guarantees their goodness and specifies the purchasing date.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing defect (materials and manufacture) for 3 years (36 months) from the purchasing date.
Any damage due to the negligence of the customer or external actions (i.e. scratchs deriving from keys, nails, etc.) or uncorrect use or the wear due to a normal use are not included in this warranty.
Try not to overpack your wallet, so as not to stress stitching and materials.
Leather is a natural element, which can present little skin discolouration (i.e. eel and camel skin) and which can change its color with the use (as python skin). This changes are a proof of the leather authenticity, not a defect.

How can I ask assistance about the guarantee?
Please send an e-mail to [email protected] with the details of the order, a description of the problem/damage and attach a photo of the damage and the guarantee certificate.
